Michael Cadieux is the Founder and serves as CEO of the Procurement Foundry. Michael is a recognized global Procurement industry thought leader. With more than 25 years of enterprise sourcing and business experience, he is a sought-after resource within the Indirect Spend community and has spoken at numerous industry conferences and events over the years. Prior to founding Procurement Foundry, he spent 17 years at Publicis Groupe, the second-largest advertising and communications firm. He was directly responsible for $2.4B of spending, from 65+ business units, and 47,000 employees within Publicis Groupe’s holdings in the Americas.

Michael’s time at Publicis Groupe exposed him to many of the common pain points for practitioners and executives in the procurement industry. Understanding the need for collaboration and peer to peer networking, he called on these experiences as the cornerstones for the development of Procurement Foundry – a fully vetted practitioner-based community where procurement professionals engage with peer practitioners in all aspects of their personal and professional careers.

Since its inception, Procurement Foundry has increased membership to over 4.000 practitioners in 112 countries, launched a series of conferences and webinar events servicing both the Direct and Indirect sides of procurement. The Procurement Foundry salary and compensation survey, produced annually is quickly becoming an industry standard. Procurement Foundry has become a daily resource to its vetted member list, making it one of the most valuable and up and coming resources to the industry.

Michael has a BA in Corporate Communications, from Marist college. He resides in Southeastern Massachusetts, is an avid sailor and fisherman.
